would you want it done to your animals?
Yes everyone, some companies are still testing on animals, in fact not just some but more like A LOT! I don't know about you guys, but I think lip stick looks better on me rather than my cat. But other then making animals look like clowns these companies are really harming this animals. I don't see animals as a test dummies, they can't sign paper work saying they want to be a test dummie, they can't speech to let us know they don't want to be living beat up dolls, animals just want to live and be loved.
How would the people working for these companies like if they could not choose what happen to them, and they could not speech for themselves. Would like they like to be tested on? Maybe have harsh chemicals dropped into their eyes? I didn't think so. Its disgusting and sick what some people do to make a pay check, what's worst is their ok with it.
Another thing that should be boycotting is real fur coats and real fur anything. PETA has a video on how these animals are kept in tiny cages and killed slowly and painfully. I can't see why people love real fur so much if they knew how these poor animals were being skinned alive, beat over the head repeatedly, and too many other sick ways that no one should ever experience.
Plus thanks to the fashion world, there is foefur that feels like the real deal, so you can feel no guilt on wearing it and keeping warm. I believe more fashion designers should look into foefur instead of using something that could have been their pet, or even someone else's beloved pet.
Another issue I seen is in some pet stores, I have a chinchilla and I read and study on them a lot. A really amazing vet I take my chinchilla to taught me a lot about chinchillas as well. One thing about them is you have to keep plastic out of their cage. Plus they need a nice size-tallish cage to be able to jump and play. Well at these pet stores I seen chinchillas in tiny cages, and too much plastic toys in them, in fact one pet store tried to sell me a very young chinchilla that looked too close to death. If your going to run a pet store at least know how to take care of each type of animal first!
So these are many issues bugging me about animals and the lack of people caring for them. Thankfully there are caring people out there, maybe even you whom is reading this. And I know of caring companies too I have their links above this hub. Plus I am doing many reviews on their products, so far I have fallen in love with E.L.F. and Organix products!
Thanks for reading have a great day and go hug your pets!

The thing about testing is that some seriously deadly toxic products are being tested on animals and then the same 'slightly' less seriously deadly toxic products are then put on the market and sold to us as cosmetics and personal care products - these products are filled with toxins banned in other countries and we line up to buy them.
Nothing is going to change until we speak with our dollars - and women stop believing they are ugly - and these toxic product will make them beautiful. Sigh!
Thanks for this reminder.

Great Hub! One day we can only hope to live in a cruelty-free world. I don't think people really realize what companies put animals through during testing (or they know and choose to look the other way). There are enough wonderful companies out there now that don't do animal testing so there's no reason to spend money and keep companies in business that harm animals! Awesome job!
